Focusing on in-depth research on the problems that men have, each product is formulated by experts who are experienced in their field. The good response from the public every year has made this company grow rapidly with sales reaching all islands in Indonesia.
Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development to assist in driving retail partnership development within the personal care products industry. The primary objective of this role is to support the expansion of our business by identifying and fostering strategic partnerships with retail outlets, including businesses like barbershops that resonate with our brand values.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential retail partnership opportunities within the personal care products industry, with a focus on businesses such as barbershops and specialty grooming stores.

Establish partnerships with offline stores, particularly in retail, for skincare/personal care product placement and promotion to increase brand visibility.

Develop and execute strategic plans for offline sales and marketing activities, ensuring consistent representation of the brand and products in stores.

Provide ongoing support and assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Cave Men's Grooming products to collaborate with the CRM team.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in retail or consumer goods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
