Onboarding Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality training sessions with clients to help them onboard with the products/software
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Work closely with other departments to establish critical goals, or other KPIs and aid the clients in achieving their goals
- Develop and maintain good customer relations to actively cross-sell emerging products and solutions
- Maintain proper documentations for safekeeping and audit purposes
- Be meticulous and follow the given processes properly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree holder in any field
- Strong English language capability
- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong team player
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
- Training and allowance will be provided

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
