Managing E-Commerce Business, Digital Media & CRM- Ensure sustainable & profitable business**About the Client**A leading multinational luxury retail company is looking for Online Business Director to lead and develop different business strategies for ecommerce and social medial channels to drive the sales and to maximize the commercial opportunities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop vision, growth plan, and strategic priorities to drive and maximize GMV and growth in e-commerce- Develop ecommerce sales and marketing investment strategy by working with other departments on plan, budgeting and implementation strategy of online and offline business- Oversees digital marketing geared to grow business, increase customers engagement, promote products and optimize the online experience- Drive sales initiatives and provide partners and consumers- Create and manage budgeting, sales forecast for online channels- Develop and implement short, long terms campaigns and strategies to increase ecommerce traffic, conversion, gmv, basket, average order value and profitability- Leverage and work with regionals to understand the brand's objectives, strategies and consumer insights- Develop customer business building proposal in partnership with other departments**Key Qualifications**:- Min.
