Online Marketing Manager (Healthtech)

Our client provides high-quality medical services to its 30 million+ Monthly Active Users through an integrated mobile solution for patients and clinicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize Paid Website and App Campaigns on all Digital Channels (Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
- Implement a digital marketing strategy to obtain high-quality consumers and Raise Brand Recognition.
- Optimize app campaigns to obtain the best CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and CPT (Cost Per Transaction).
- Optimize website campaigns to reach the lowest possible CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Analyze the effectiveness of influencers and digital partnerships.
- Handle all UA, branding, app, and re-engagement initiatives in collaboration across diffrent business unit
- Work with the Product Team to increase app acquisition via the website
- Collaborate with the Data Team to assess and optimize the Campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet the Client's KPI.
- Work Together to Create Campaigns for A/B Testing with Other Divisions.
- Perform and optimize Push Notification Campaigns to boost app user engagement.
- Perform and optimize reengagement campaigns to increase (MAU) Monthly Active Users.
- Conduct All Types of Campaigns to Improve Performance (SEM, Display Ads, Video Ads, UAC, FB App Installs, FB Leads, Remarketing).

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience focused on online marketing / digital ads within tech or agency companies.
- Individual with solid logical thinking and analysis capabilities
- Exposure to tools like FB Ads Dashboard, Google Ads Network Dashboard, MoEngage, Google Analytics, Google work suite
