- Develop and implement comprehensive online sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimise ecommerce platforms, including website, marketplace channels, and social media platforms.
- Analyse key metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimise marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coherence in messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online sales and digital marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in online sales and digital marketing, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising channels, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Pay: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
