Role Description
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers? This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Person at Wine Adore located in Kuta Selatan. The associate salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their wine selections, handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and suggesting marketing strategies. And willing to learn especially with sales target. We want you to join our team as a Sales Associate at Wine Adore Indonesia.
Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing their needs. Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling of products or services. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Prior sales experience in the wine or hospitality industry highly preferred Proven experience in a Sales Team Minimum 2 Years Passion for wine and the ability to communicate knowledge and self-learn new things about the subject.
