- Monitor Company i/AS400 servers from both hardware and OS perspectives.
- Generate periodic system condition reports.
- Create monthly preventive maintenance reports.
- Perform system repairs for low-level issues.
- Escalate errors or problems in the system when necessary.
- Assist and guide technicians in system repairs.
