**Support Requirements**:- Onsite support for the installation and labeling of devices.- Estimated device weight: 5kg to 10kg (packaged gross weight).- Smart hand support only.- Guided instructions will be provided by the support team during the visit.- No detailed instruction documents are currently available, but they will be shared when received.- No topology is involved.- No migration; this is a new installation.- Installation timeline: February 7 or 8, with flexibility for preferred daytime access.**Duration**:Ad hoc support as needed.**Location**:Jl.
