Operation Associate, Lending

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self initiative Operation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in financial business operation and have a strong problem solving mindset.

What You Will Do: Checking and validating documents of borrower according to the credit request for disbursement Checking and contacting due date lender saving product Conduct daily operations task assigned (from reporting, executing and monitoring entity initiative) Ensuring operation SOP is executed and meet the compliance necessity Improve internal process to be better What We Are Looking For: At least 2 years of experience related in Banking or P2P or financial industries Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial information and trade checking process Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Self initiative and willing to take responsibility Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Know how to map end to end business process flow
