\n ResponsibilitiesConsult with each function related the performance matrix that aligned with company goals Build the scorecard of each operational function from blue collar level until regional manager levelSet related performances tracking report & analysis related to each related KPSet reward (incentive) for each function that reach above good performancesWork together to develop new KPI and incentive scheme for opsEvaluated the Pay-scheme in ensure the scheme is cost sustainable from company, also still interesting for ground levelTogether with Head of PSP and Other stakeholder conduct research on effectiveness of related KPIWorking together with cross departments to execute strategic projectsContributed & supporting operation performance and improvement RequirementsBachelor's Degree related Analytical Skill from an accredited college or universityFresh graduate, at least 3 months as internship experience as Data Analyst, Market Research, Operation AnalystCuriosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal directionUnderstanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel, SQL, Solver, Tableu) Detail oriented and data drivenProblem solver and structure thinking Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
