Operation Manager

Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to ensure efficient operations- Oversees day-to-day operations, including Sales, Marketing, Logistik, Finance and IT functions- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and achieve targets**Requirement**:- Bachelor Degree's of Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field- At least 7 years experience in operational, handling several stores in one time- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities- Strong leadership and team management skills- Willing to be placed at Dayeuhkolot, Bandung
