**Responsibilities**:
- Develop effective job training programmes according to retail needs.
- Product Training (Product & selling skills).
- Develop customer experience training and E-Learning.
- Analyse the needs of the Offline Store, resulting in success of the sales team in determining the goals to be achieved.
- Conduct regular visits to offline stores to be able to train the BA team.
- Evaluate BA per quarter, per semester, and per year (in order to further improve the quality of BA and the objectives of the Business).
- Collaborate with external trainers (other brands) in developing product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal trainers to conduct assessment evaluation.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
- Report on impact of training programs
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role with minimum 1 year of experience, preferably from Beauty Industry
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
