DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Analyzing business requirements, designing innovative, efficient and effective solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations in relation to new operations scope, retention/renewal warehouse, etc.
- Responsible for developing and implementing solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support the growth of the e-commerce business
- Develop comprehensive and detailed solutions, including process flows, layouts, equipment requirements, manpower requirements and technology recommendations, that align with business goals and best practices
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions, considering factors such as labor, equipment, technology, and operational expenses
- Data collection, analysis, and creation of business overview documentation, and provide solutions (recommendation) for related projects
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to e-commerce warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Plan and manage team member's development plan and liaise with other related department as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting firm/start-ups/e-commerces/ logistics/supply chain
- Experienced in using tools and software for process mapping, data analysis, data modeling, Project Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, and drawing tool (AutoCad)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate processes and propose effective solutions
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
