Operational Leader

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain WhatsApp usage for telemarketing agents
- Generate and analyze performance reports
- Coordinate with other departments for necessary resources
- Conduct quality checks on recorded calls
- Assist in training new telemarketing agents
- Handle administrative tasks and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English (active)
- Have experience in Fintech is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to change
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

**Office**: Kino Tower, Alam Sutera - Tangerang

**Working Days** : Monday - Saturday

**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per month
