Operational Manager (F&B Industry)

Requirement:

- Min. 4 years work experience as a Operational or Store Manager
- Hands-on experience with Coffee and Alcoholic Beverages
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Good time management, and problem solving skill

Job Desc:

- Manage day - to - day Operational matter
- Analyze weekly and monthly report to achieve target sales
- Contribute on hire and onboard new staff
- Build a cooperative and positive environment
- Build relationship with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, as needed

**Salary**: Rp6,500,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
