- Minimum education S1 in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operational Manager
- Able to communicate effectively
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in Time Management, Operation Process Improvement, Team Building, as well as Expert in Excel & Powerpoint
- Placement in Surabaya, East Java
