**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for ensuring all administrative agreement letters and others are neat and stored properly
- Ensure the data base is stored properly
- Create planning and budgeting office needs
- Ensure office needs are met
- Handle administrative tasks related to cooperation agreements
- Ensure all activities and work according to SOP

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 - 5 years or working experience in operation
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Creative, innovative thinking, excellent communication skill
- Willing to be placed in BSD City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
