As an operations geek, here we provide you the opportunity to make an impact by formulating and delivering initiatives that will improve the lives of our driver-partners. Your impact won't end there; you'll also monitor drivers' SOP and quality, and grow and maintain a high-quality driver community.

**What you will do**:
- Maintain Driver Quality for 2-wheel and 4-wheel.
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to address and investigate any order disputes.
- Provide deep analysis on driver quality issues and able to provide options for solutions.
- Support the education team in handling driver issues.
- Provide training material or driver communications to ensure drivers understand the importance of driver service quality.
- Handling any driver issues and appeals.
**What we seek**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Management/ Logistics Management.
- Min 1-year experience in related industries.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, proactive, and self-initiatives.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to operate design tools (Canva) is a plus.
