Operations Associate

eyos' mission is to make shopping experience in physical stores more enjoyable and valuable by leveraging real-time machine learning, targeted marketing automation towards shoppers and smart sales support & insights for Brands, Merchants and Store Assistants.

We're expanding fast and are looking for a passionate and driven **Operations Associate **to join our growing team in Jakarta.
**Responsibilities**:

- Improve sales process from acquisition to onboarding
- Managing all of the business process improvement projects with ops and product team including automation projects.
- Develop new sales channels for merchant acquisition
- Drive implementation of strategic partnerships
- Manage and monitor all third parties for merchant acquisition
- Responsible for special projects implementation with top clients
- Collaborate with central support, engagement, marketing & product for implementation
- 2-4 years previous working experience in sales operations or strategic planning
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Excellent excel skills or data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organisation
