**Responsibilities**:
- Design Project Management for Manual Hack Project to support operational wise.
- Build Capacity and set up team for stability operation.
- Driving the Manual activity team to achieve scorecard target.
- Supervise and coach supervisor to deliver support excellence standard.
- Review issues within day to day operational processes and come up with actionable solutions.
- Continue learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.
- Build Analysis from the scratch for continuity improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering or quantitative major.
- Understand about lean concept.
- Experienced with working with very large datasets.
- Experience in managing multiple full cycle project.
- Able to work in ambiguous situation and enjoy experimental.
- Able to work on tight timeline.
- Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results.
- Experienced from Consulting will be a plus.
