Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.The Operations Director will be responsible for all aspects of Cirata solar plant operations, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, review work schedules, scheduling maintenances, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians and contractors, and communicating with the management team, managing of all project activities and processes and providing appropriate levels of PV Plant Operations and Maintenance management advice whenever required.This role will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out to a high standard in accordance with Shareholder/Company requirements and are transparent supported by appropriate documentation.The Operations Director will also be responsible for the coordination of a team dedicated to the implementation and improvement of Predictive and Corrective actions related to O&M works and for ensuring that all members of the Project teams comply with Shareholder and Lender requirements on O&M procedures to protect the Project Company against current and future liabilities while respecting the environment and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.- Management of the O&M strategy and objectives and equipment maintenance.- Plant O&M management and supervision.- Leadership and development of project company team, employee engagement / competence.- Monitoring O&M budget, governance, resourcing QA.- O&M planning, document management, activities and procedure preparation.- Reporting.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification**Additional Information**- 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager / Site Supervisor working in Solar PV plants with good knowledge of the energy sector and floating solar PV projects in specific or equivalent experience**Job-Specific Skills**:- Knowledge of solar power market players and components- Knowledge of the energy sector- Knowledge of solar PV and floating solar PV projects- Excellent MS word/excel and power point skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to prioritize actions- Ability to plan and organize own work on a daily and weekly basis- Attention to detail- Preferably Indonesian speaker- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
