**Job Description** ROLE SUMMARY**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible in Pamerindo Indonesia operations matters and maintain good relationship with all suppliers. He / She will be supporting the project teams on venue provider, suppliers liaison, plan and meet operations requirements as well as On-site delivery and management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recommend & appoint suitable suppliers for projects.
- Manage venue provider & supplier's requirements are met.
- Manage project teams requirements.
- Manage exhibitors' requirements.
- Attend meetings with various project team as and when required.
- Work closely with the project teams to work out on-site operations manual & schedule.
- Work closely with the project teams on manpower arrangement during on-site
- Monitoring & conduct meetings with venue provider & suppliers during on-site.
- Compile operations post-show report.
- Compile all invoices related to operations.
- To carry out additional tasks required by the project teams which may not be specified in job description.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree holder in any field (preferable in MICE)
- Minimum of degree or 2 years' experience in organizing events / hospitality industry
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must be able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent time management
- Flexibility and willingness to work long hours when required
- Willingness to travel and work overseas
- Ability to meet tight and sometimes changing deadlines
- Efficient and sensitive handling of confidential information
- Good oral and written skills in both Bahasa and English
