Operations Executive (Wfh)

We are a fast growing Singapore Skincare brand and we are looking for a meticulous and independent Operations Executive

Our requirement
- Working experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not critical
- Fresh graduate may apply
- Need to be good with Microsoft office tools and works well with data
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa
- Able to work independently and is meticulous
- Have your own working laptop

Work description
1) Connect/coordinate with our suppliers, vendors and internal team:

- Packaging/Product/Gifts sourcing and testing
- Assist in communication for production process
- Coordinate on the shipment planning for new and existing products
- Coordinate on content creation for new products

2) Operations Duties
- Billing coordination with relevant vendors
- Inventory management and monitoring
- Last mile orders coordination
- Product testing coordination
- Help to manage our external marketplace agencies and provide reports
- Other ad hoc tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh Graduate, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
