Operations Manager

A Furniture Company in **Yogyakarta **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Operations Manager (Full-time)****Responsibilities**:- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency through strategic planning and effective management- Manage stock control and reconcile it with data storage systems to maintain accurate inventory records- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations to guarantee smooth and efficient processes- Set up the warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization for optimal storage and workflow- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration- Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results to maximize team productivity- Recruit, select, orient, coach, motivate and lead employees to foster a positive and high-performing work environment- Monitor company spending and provide regular reports to ensure financial efficiency- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided to maintain high standards- Manage the monthly shipment of goods as well as ensuring timely and accurate delivery**Requirements**:- Indonesian citizen- Excellent written and verbal communication in English- Experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position- Proven at least 5 years of working experience in the Furniture Industry or in a related field- Great communication skills- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively- Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies- Excellent problem-solving skills and high computer literacy skills- Knowledge about importing, exporting and logistics would be a plusApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position ?**Experience**:- Furniture Industry: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
