Operations Manager (Refinery)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading sugar refinery company . As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Operation professional leader with at least 10+ years' experience with a national company for the job of operation/production position. The job is based in Serang, Banten, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices Helping the organisation's processes remain legally compliant Help the organisation's processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organisational objectives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts for favourable pricing with suppliers and vendors. Optimise business travel processes, secure corporate rates, automate expense reports, and ensure compliance. Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
