Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a "Netflix-for-Fashion" model, the first and only of its kind in the region.
Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
**The Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team to run the Operations and Logistics of our fashion rental and reselling services in Indonesia.
In this role, you will work on responsible for daily activities in our warehouse and in our logistics to support our customers orders in Indonesia.
You will also work closely with our dry cleaning and logistics partner to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Lead our inbound and outbound process operations in the warehouse.
- Manage and maintain our inventory at a healthy level.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for last mile deliveries to all our customers.
- Generate the necessary reports to internal and external stakeholders on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis.
- Continuously recommend process and tech improvements to optimize any aspect of the supply chain operations, particularly on logistics, storage, transport, customer service, forecast, and cost.
- Work with the CX team for any issues encountered.
- Forecast manpower needs based on the volume projections.
- Support and work closely with the business team to support new initiatives as the PIC from operations.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industries, preferably in e-commerce
- Understanding of logistics and fleet management
- Knowledge and experience of working with WMS is expected
- Proficiency in online office collaboration tools (Microsoft excel, google sheets and others)
- Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge in project management and operational excellence
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
