The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Responsible for Fleet Safety Management and Driver Behavior Monitoring
- Perform daily fleet inspection and road accident investigation and reporting
- In charge for defensive driving training and safety riding for Shopee Express and rider
- Conduct Daily Safety Briefing for all drivers
- Monitoring driver qualification and selection process
- Safety Journey Management (Route Assessment)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum D-III in Health Safety Environment (HSE) or Transport Management
- 1 year experience as Health Safe Environment (HSE) in Logistics Company (Preferably Trucking Company)
- Have a DDT certificate, train of trainers and SIM B
- Have a license as a safety officer or inspector
- Expert with Ms. Office or G-suite, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet formula and slide presentation
- Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
- Contract based position
- Willing to be placed in Pontianak
