The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Conduct administrative support for Health Safety Environment (HSE)
- Ensure all Health Safety Environment (HSE) work papers and dashboard are well maintained
- Recap all needs and use of Health Safety Environment (HSE) tools and equipment

**Requirements**:

Possess a Bachelor Degree (preferably from Health Safety Environment (HSE) major)
- Have a basic understanding of Health Safety Environment (HSE) and familiar with Health Safety Environment (HSE) administrative jobs
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or G-suite (especially excel/sheet formula and slide presentation)
- A data-driven individual with good communication skills
- Willing to be placed in in Sunter (North Jakarta) or Cakung (East Jakarta)
- Contract-based (6-Months) employment
