The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Manage a database for parcel inbound and outbound processes
- Ensure that the data in system is aligned with the physical data
- Conduct administrative work related to warehouse

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma degree from all majors
- Possess 0-1 year of work experience as a field/warehouse admin
- Proficiency in using Ms. Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, IF)
- Good understanding of goods inbound, outbound, and distribution systems
- Able to join as soon as possible and willing to work in shifts
- Willing to be placed in Banjarsari, Kabupaten Ciamis
