\n ResponsibilitiesInitiate and provide operations flow through data analysis, routing and simulationDesign and evaluate multiple operations flow solutions, specific to customer requirementsSetup for operations network analysis and solutions optimizationManage the day-to-day execution of onboarding plansTrack onboarding progress and report on results RequirementsBachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketingHave 3-4 years working experience in Shipper Onboarding, Business Solutions or Operations / Transport Solution Design Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and ProductHave experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow processExcellence in stakeholders management and communications skillsStrong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
