Operations & Support - Embedded Financing

**Responsibilities**:- ** Operational Monitoring**: Assist in the daily monitoring of loan processing systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively. Report any issues to senior team members promptly.- ** Customer Support**: Provide first-level support to internal teams and external partners regarding operational queries. Escalate more complex issues as needed.- ** Process Improvement**: Contribute to the identification and implementation of operational process improvements. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities and user experience.- ** Training and Compliance**: Complete all required operational training and stay informed about relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines. Assist in ensuring all operations are compliant with these standards.- ** Collaboration and Feedback**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support operational needs. Collect feedback from users and internal teams to suggest improvements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.- 0-2 years of experience in operations, particularly within a fintech, banking, or startup environment is advantageous.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of financial services and loan processing operations is a plus.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.- Proactive learning attitude with the willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems..
