**Job description**:

- Work with Commercial team to establish communication with Partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational performance
- Establish and maintain relationships with ground ops
- Perform analysis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in all majors
- Preferably have experience in 3PL express logistics
- Have technical knowledge in the scope of First Mile and Last Mile logistics
- Have good analytical thinking skills
- Have strong communication skills
- Have experiences involved in projects for internal operations
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
