In July 2020, the company surpassed Samsung and Apple to become the top smartphone brand (in number of phones shipped) in the world for the first time.- Promote the company's product solutions in the Indonesia Enterprise Market- Product presentation to customers and increase market awareness of the company portfolio products- Communicate the company DWDM & GPON solutions with the technical department- Build and maintaining client relations- Lead the team to achieve the goal- Product knowledge transfer to sales team members- Track potential competitors and developing alternative strategies- Plan and support market branding actions in the Enterprise business area- Attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations- Develop the target, direction, path, pace, and tactics of the company enterprise product market in two to three years, and specify the resource allocation requirements, such as the development manpower and marketing investment- Be responsible for the competitiveness of the Indonesia company enterprise solution, including but not limited to providing differentiated solution guidance strategies for customer requirements and competitors in the project, and guiding the team to implement customized and scenario-based solutions- Fluent in English- At least 7 years' experience in Product and/or Solution Sales, with hands-on experience in ICT industry, especially enterprise business field- Having professional knowledge for Enterprise's business process and ICT technology- DWDM, GPON network design and solution- Indonesia DWDM & GPON Product Market Insight and analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skill- Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills- Ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations- Fast learning capability, and able to adapt to new environment**Salary**: From Rp25,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have any knowledge/experiences in DWDM and/or GPON network design and solution?- Do you have any experiences managing optical products?
