Order Fulfilment Senior Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reaching the targets of service level per customers in modern trade & general trade
- Monitoring sales achievement involves regularly tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying trends and patterns, and utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions to drive business
- Monitoring returns from customers involves establishing a systematic process for tracking and analyzing return data, evaluating reasons for returns, and implementing corrective measures to improve product quality
- Compiling and analyzing service level figures each month

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
- A Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade and General Trade channels
- Preferably having experience in Toys and Baby products
- Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa
- Excellent interpersonal skill, with ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill
