**OBJECTIVES**:
Manages and drive improvements of operational processes to meet customer SOP and ensuring daily job all on the track

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Ensuring continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Especially on data and document to ensure productivity objectives meet customer SOP and IOP standard.
- Monitoring KPI to track success and/or recurring problems
- Key Account Specialist to check and seek approval to customer for arrangement shipment

Customer service / exception management
- Controlling correct data entry in InforNexus for customer visibility
- Place booking to shipping line
- Guide vendor to comply of SOP & support vendor for education program
- Ensuring collect payment of invoice timely and make sure there is no outstanding for local invoice
- Responsible to controlling account management's daily job and ensuring all on the track
- Managing closing file and filing the file properly by monthly basis
- Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation
- Actively participate in all QHSE program

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4 years in operations in freight forwarding and logistic operations, experience within the logistic/PO management industry. Must have approximately two years of direct supervisory experience.
- Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Has managerial skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work for PO management or end to end supply chain industry
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Results oriented without compromising Respect


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
