PURPOSE: Generates quotes where required, and enters order information into relevant systems, supporting the quote to billing processe s and entitles access to users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- Is responsible for the implementation of the entire order to billing process and for providing ongoing order management support for sales and clients- Manages the entire end to end order life cycle, including order preparation, order monitoring, permissioning and billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders.- Confirms all client orders are correct for sales and financial reporting and is accountable for adhering to compliance controls and 3rd party guidelines- Aligns to a designated client base and is accountable for building relationships with internal and external customers, playing a key role in improving service results- Manages and resolve queries relating to quote/order status, billing, client account information/permissioning, and compliance issues- Leads ad hoc initiatives with relevant groups, ensuring customer requests are successfully implemented- Spots trends and make recommendations for enhancing systems and procedures- Owns basic Service Alerts, including creation, management and resolution of all alerts issued and performs pre-audits.

- Min 2 years previous experiences in Order to Cash / customer support functions- Leverages technical knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs, understand market segments and deliver excellent outcomes.- Cultivates and maintains external partnerships and alliances to ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirments for long term value and growth.- Develops a broad, big-picture view of the organisation and its mission to innovate through analysis of issues and trends and how these link to responsibilities, capabilities and potential of the organisation.- Optimises processes through root cause and impact analysis- Manages escalation at all levels so that incidents and problems are dealt with.- Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.- Identifies business needs and determines solutions to business problems.- Understands overview of end-to-end workflow, including detailed processes, upstream and downstream impacts of current role, and the roles of different teams
