**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implementation of Organization Development Strategy. Include planning and developing Career Development Plan, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System to supports organization goals.
- Collaborate with superiors to designing organization structure based on company goals and targets.
- Collaborate with Business Partner in implementing organization changes and its follow up actions.
- Deep understanding about organization changes, goals and reason of change.
- Draw & maintain all organization structure documentation (historical and revised documents).
- Develop, update and maintain Job Description for all positions in the organization according to the new and/or updated Organization Structure.
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new employee orientation program
- Monitor the internal movement process within the company.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal tool, process and programs including evaluate and analyze performance appraisal results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (preferred).
- 2-3 years of working experience in performance management or organizational development.
- Experienced in structuring a Performance Management System.
- Solid data analytics skills (MS Excel).
- Strong business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
