Organization Development Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Organization Development (OD) team, ensuring seamless execution of OD initiatives.
- Handle and organize crucial data for reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making in the OD realm.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and documentation pertinent to OD initiatives.
- Support the team in planning and executing workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Final year student or recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and administrative aptitudes.
- Proficient in the Google Suite, with exceptional skills in Google Spreadsheets.
- Clear and articulate communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
