- Managing company Performance Management
- Perform data analysis related to the management of Organization Design & Performance Management
- Design, implement and evaluate all OD intervention programs
- Design, implement, evaluate culture activation program
- Human Capital based projects
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering / Psychology / HR Management
- Work experience 3 - 5 years with a minimum age of 30 years
- Having experience related to Organization Design and Performance Management
- Fluent in managing and analyzing data
- Have good communication skill
- Familiar with using Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel
- Self starter, initiative and resourceful
- Have good analytical thinking
- Will be based in DAP Jakarta HQ Office, Setiabudi
