**About the role**
Organization & People Strategy is a part of the HR Strategy Department under CEO Office Function at Pinhome. The main objective of the Organization Strategy team is to strategize, initiate, and execute company-wide HR strategy & process improvement.
**What You Will Do**
- Support Pinhome's HR strategy effort in the scope of Organization Development, Strategic Management, talent management, and learning & development.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of the Individual Target Setting process. Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure clear and measurable objectives are established, aligned with organizational goals.
- Support all projects associated with developing and retaining Pinhome's top talents.
- Support the analysis of Pinhome's HR processes, identify points of improvement, help to define impactful solutions, and be a part of the execution.
- Utilize organization data to conduct thorough analysis and generate actionable insights. These insights will be crucial in supporting decision-making processes related to human resources and organizational strategy.
- Company Town Hall Support: Work closely with leaders to align on townhall presentations, crafting impactful decks, and ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event.
- Company Newsletter Crafting: Collect relevant data and information from various sources within the organization to create compelling and visually appealing newsletters. Ensure that the newsletter is distributed regularly to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Organization & People Strategy team to support broader HR and strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for carrying out other work activities in accordance with the needs of Pinhome
**What You Will Need**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in strategic management, performance management, or organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
