Outlet Assistant Manager - C'S Restaurant - Grand

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Assistant Manager is responsible to manage the assigned Outlet as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

**Qualifications**:
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive, friendly, approachable and sociable, Motivational with enthusiastic character with excellent listening skills, Acquire good training and coaching skills, Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage, Extensive beverage knowledge is required

Experience in international 5 star luxury hotels as Steak House Restaurant manager is considered as an advantage, Previous managerial experience as outlet manager is preferred
