As a Outlet Crew member, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful experience for our customers by serving high-quality gelato and providing excellent customer service. This position involves a variety of tasks, from preparing and serving gelato to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of gelato flavors according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately handle customer transactions, including operating cash registers and processing payments.
- Keep the outlet area clean and organized. This includes cleaning equipment, countertops, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
- Monitor and restock gelato ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicate with team members, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
