Outlet Manager

Summary You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.   The Outlet Manager is responsible for a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management, in a luxury or fine-dining setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as local and international cuisines. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
