Introduction
Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Lead discovery workshops and facilitate discussions to define business processes.
- Solution Design:
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions using industry best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed functional designs and configure Salesforce systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure requirements are met with functional and technical design.
- Project Delivery:
- Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, meeting client's business requirements.
- Manage and execute end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Guide the client through UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that the solution meets the business needs.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver Salesforce training to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Best Practices and Standards:
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the implementation team, including Project Managers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, and understanding of the overall capabilities of Salesforce.
- Experience in a consulting or Salesforce implementation role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative development and the ability to balance the use of out-of-the-box features with custom coding.
