If you are passionate about joining the 5 Miles Lab family and growing fast together, join us today.**The Position**- Passion for advertising and media buying.- Support the media team in managing media plans, reports, and follow-up on materials daily to meet client's business objectives and KPIs.- Collate monthly plan updates with the social media and content teams on executions.- Communicate with different parties, including clients and vendors, during the planning process.- Compiling reviews on competitive activities and market research on media consumption.- Optimization of media budget and providing the best value/ solution for clients.- Ad material coordination, buying, post-campaign report & evaluation.**Job Requirements**- At least 3-5+ years of working experience in **DIGITAL ADVERTISING RELATED FIELD**:- Experience in media planning, buying & client servicing is highly preferred.- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to clients, team members and suppliers.- Strong organization skills to help you keep track of the simultaneous tasks and be efficient in the performance of your duties.- Excellent time management skill to ensure that each of the multiple projects you oversee are completed by the agreed timeline.- Must be a problem-solver. Identify and resolve issues that arise during a project.- Must be a good negotiator as you will need to negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors and other third-parties involved in the project to secure favorable deals for the agency and client.- Experience in digital ad agencies a must- Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager preferred- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Sales & Marketing, Business Management or equivalentPay: From Rp4,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Share your portolfio.**Experience**:- META Ads: 3 years (required)- Media Buy: 3 years (required)
