Job description / Task & Responsibilities for this Position:
2 Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.C30

3 Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly

4 Maintain Marketing Automation integration with product team and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software (Branch, Moengage, etc)

5 Setup event by target segmentation on App for marketing automation (new user, register, add to cart, etc)

6 Collaborate with team member to increase member registreation, active member, and growth revenue

7 Experienced in planning, creating and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, Google Display campaigns, Google UAC) campaigns, IG/ Facebook campaigns, YouTube campaigns, TikTok campaigns, and E-commerce Ads (CPAS), Programmatic, Ad Network, Etc

8 Strong understanding and ability to read, analyze Google Analytics data, including setting up goals and conversion tracking for Google PPC campaigns

9 Interested and up to date in the field of Paid Ads Digital Marketing - initiative and accustomed to making presentations in front of clients and internally

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
