**Job Title**: Partner Operational Excellence Manager
**Job Summary**:
POEM is a **mid-senior level** role with the job of providing a business's operation direction and supporting day-to-day activities; As part of PHILIPS APAC Partner management team, you will support transformation journey of partner business in APAC through setting up the right tools, trainings adherence and data management. You will also be responsible for supporting APAC Partner organization in managing the overall performance and KPIs of the ICMs (Indirect Channel Management) and PAMs (Partner Account Management) across the region by providing data-based-decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to explore multiple sources of data, derive significant insights, and translate sophisticated results or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action that will create sustainable growth of partner business in Philips APAC. A primary driver to deliver insights that will educate, coach and influence key business decision-making that will lead to operational excellence implementation.
**Your role**:
- Maintain and ensure adherence to all standard work and processes related to the indirect channel business (incl. YA454 - Philips' Partner Qualification and Quality Assessment Procedure).
- Ensure effective new partner onboarding & offboarding to Philips process/systems/tools and organize relevant training, in collaboration with other functions for the district team.
- Ensure new partner organization and operations are set-up to comply with contractual process & compliance obligations through districts Indirect Channel Management (ICM)/Partner Account Management (PAM)/Partner Operations Management (POM).
- Support the implementation of the PMC Cadence of monthly, quarterly, annual and capability reviews.
- Collaborate with sales excellence team to build necessary training program that will ensure adherence on funnel visibility, data quality and sales process adherence.
- Providing business report timely on the districts and business's KPIs.
- Supports timely contract renewal process, in collaboration with district & IR team.
- Ensure processes are in place in APAC & districts (with the partners) to meet Q&R, technical, training, DDP, audit, legal and compliance requirements.
- To support improvement & corrective actions process (TPCAR).
- Ensure iCon processes are followed on time, data and files stored in iCon are correct, complete and up to date, signed contracts are uploaded on time.
- Ensure District ICM/PAM/POM are trained and coached in the use of the partner management processes, PMC Cadence and other partner management tools.
- Leading and improving analytical programs and presenting the results of your business unit/category/region to leaders.
- Deliver analytic insights in several business domains including market shares, profitability report, etc.
- With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge and business insight, you'll provide suggestion to anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
- Demonstrate use of data visualization (Power BI, P360, Partner Central), and other analytic tools to grasp the business insights from our mountain of data.

- Bachelor's degree or master's Degree Holder in related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience in preferably in data analytic, operational/sales excellence, finance analytic
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction, with 'Positive and Can-Do' attitude and motivation.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
