**Responsibilities**:
- Provide training & re-training for Mekari product & sales related skill
- Provide Mekari features updates for partners
- Maintain partner involvement on client health
- Run partner collaboration activities
- Help assist on the technical questions/problems
- Gather partner feedback to improve product features for partner collaboration
**Requirements**:
- Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry
- Has prior knowledge of ERP system/Omnichannel-CRM/Accounting (depends on product applied for)
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
- Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
- Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
