**Job Description**:
**Maintaining Account**: Handle day to day with GetPlus Merchant Partners for all requirement from internal / external.
**Partner On-Boarding**: supporting the team in ensuring the smooth on-boarding process of the new joining partner (including data collection and management).
- Coordinate with internal teams to oversee execution of each partnership, to ensure onboarding flow run smoothly.
- Support the team with performance tracking of ongoing partnerships.
**Outlet Implementation**: support technical and operational team in establishing smooth technical setup and outlets team training.
**Business Administrative**: closely work with finance, and data team in invoicing, monitoring merchant payment.
- Handling merchant's complaint and technical issue related to apps or partnership.
- Any administration requirements related to partners.
Maintaining Team Member to achieve company OKR.
Self Motivated, Enthusiast, and ready to face any challenges.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience with preferable industries, FMCG/Start Up/technology company.
- Account Manager / Partnership Manager from creative/digital agency company is a plus point.
- Good in relationship management or able to bridge, develop and maintain relationship with key partners.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft office (word, excel, power point), Google workspace ecosystem (Google docs, spreadsheet, etc).
- Good with numbers.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast paced environment.
- Provicient in English.
- Willing to be working in the office if needed (1-2x/week).
- Preferably lived in Surabaya-Bali.
