Partnership Associate

Job Description:- Working together with the Partnership Team to identify potential partners and assess partnership opportunity- Conduct and manage negotiations contract with partners.- Maintaining relationship and ensure engagement with existing B2B partners.- Providing Support & involve in executing small to big scale Jumpstart's related Project (Event, Exibition, Campaign, etc) for several local partners.- Identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies, and implement them**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 years working experience in B2B Partnership and Sales.- Has an interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments.- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills is a must.- Have a good track record in achieving sale target.- Have the ability to manage B2B relationship.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per month
